CANCELLATION POLICY:
24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: When you book an appointment with Esthetic Hamptons, you agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior.
LATE POLICY:
While we do our best to accommodate everyone, appointments may not be feasible if you're more than 15 minutes late, which will be treated as a missed appointment and subject to charges according to our cancellation policy. Please inform us if you anticipate being late.

If you're feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, please notify us and cancel your appointment. Esthetic Hamptons will waive any cancellation fees due to illness, although additional documentation may be requested.
REFUND POLICY:
Services at Esthetic Hamptons are non-refundable, but your happiness is our priority, and we strive to ensure it. If you're dissatisfied with your services for any reason, please contact us immediately. We're here to assist you.
Concerns must be addressed promptly. We have limited options for remedies unless notified within 2 weeks of your service. Once notified, you'll have up to 3 weeks from the original service date to come in for adjustments.
